Chelsea (she/her) is a somatic trauma therapist based in New Mexico & Colorado. She helps sensitive, empathic adults heal from burnout, tend to grief, and calm anxiety, using mind-body approaches (IFS, EMDR, & Brainspotting).
As a liberation-focused therapist, Chelsea views all oppression as interconnected. Her work is a reminder that the more we heal ourselves, the more healing we integrate into the world.
