  • A website package includes:

    • 1.5-hr meeting to interview you about your practice & discuss big-picture plan for design, copy, & SEO — ensuring holistic care for your website

    • my focused, creative, & dedicated attention on your website during our project timeline

    • designated revision period, during which you’re welcome to share edit requests & I’ll integrate your feedback

    • 30-min meeting to launch site & provide Squarespace tutorial

    THE FINAL RESULT?

    ➡️ a beautiful, unique website with design & copywriting done for you, infused with SEO best practices, allowing you to authentically connect with your ideal clients

  • The exact fee will depend on scope & complexity of project. All prices are in USD.

    • Full Website Packages (design, copywriting, SEO) begin at $7,500.

    • 1-Page Websites (design, copywriting, SEO) begin at $2,000.

    If we decide to work together, after our free intro call, I’ll send a proposal with exact fees, dates, and deliverables for your website project.

    A signed proposal + 50% nonrefundable deposit of the total fee will be due within 1 week, to reserve your spot. The remaining 50% will be due after Week 1 of the project.

    Separate from our work together, additional website fees include:

    • Squarespace web hosting: ~$280 USD per year

    • domain hosting (the name of your website, www.yourdomain.com): ~$10+ USD per year

  • I provide holistic, all-in-one care for your website — design, copywriting, and SEO.

    This means that you don’t have to hire multiple providers (designer, copywriter, and SEO specialist) to launch an effective, high-converting website. I provide a strategic, integrated approach to all 3 elements of your online presence, setting up your business for success for years to come.

    When you work with me, I bring the connection-building skills of a therapist (so your website sounds like you & resonates with your people), the visionary mind of a designer, and the marketing savvy of an entrepreneur.

  • SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization — i.e., how easy it is to find your website via search engines like Google.

    When you hire me for a website package, here’s what I do:

    • conduct keyword research, to see what terms are ranking on Google for your specific niche

    • set up the SEO on the back end of your website (strategic page titles, headings, meta-descriptions, image descriptions, URL slugs, and indexing on Google)

    • provide keyword-rich copywriting that’s written for humans first, search engines second 

    This will allow your website to show up on Google for specific key words (ex: therapy for X population in City, State; mindfulness retreat in City, State).

    In order to rank higher on Google across time (i.e., moving from page 3 to page 1), additional efforts may be required on your part (i.e., blogging, back-links, Google My Business profile).

    In other words: I provide a strong SEO foundation for your website, and you are welcome to build on it across time.

  • I only work with Squarespace sites for 3 reasons.

    1) Squarespace is excellent for SEO (Search Engine Optimization). By using simple features built into the Squarespace platform, we can optimize your website so that it’s findable on Google by your ideal clients.

    2) Squarespace is user-friendly. This means you can continue to edit & make updates on your website in the future, without needing to hire outside help if you don’t want to.

    3) Squarespace is what I know & love! I’ve spent lots of time learning the ins & outs of this platform, and I’ve seen how well my own Squarespace website (for my private therapy practice) attracts my ideal clients. Because I know and trust Squarespace, this is what I recommend for any entrepreneur who wants to build a robust online presence.

    *If your website is not currently hosted on Squarespace, I can help you transfer it from your existing host to Squarespace.
