    My websites combine the power of strategic visual design, clear & compelling copy, and SEO best practices to help the people you’re meant to serve, connect with you.

  • A website package provides you with a beautiful, thoughtful, and authentically-you website (with design, copywriting, and SEO done for you). This allows you to connect with your ideal clients, show up confidently online, and market your services with more ease.

    Each website package includes:

    • 1.5-hr meeting to interview you about your work, so that I can craft copy & design that sound & feel like you

    • my focused, creative, & dedicated attention on your website during our project timeline

    • designated revision period, during which you’re welcome to share edit requests & I’ll integrate your feedback

    • 30-min meeting to launch site & provide Squarespace tutorial

    • 1-hr business coaching session to map out a sustainable marketing plan, so that the right people can find your website & book your services

    Website packages are meant to support your business for years to come, by making it easy for your ideal clients to say “yes!” to your services.

  • The exact fee will depend on scope & complexity of project. All prices are in USD.

    • Core Website Packages (design, copywriting, and SEO for 3 essential pages) begin at $2,000.

    • Full Website Packages (design, copywriting, and SEO for multiple pages) begin at $7,500.

    If we decide to work together, after our free intro call, I’ll send a proposal with exact fees, dates, and deliverables for your website project.

    To reserve your spot on my calendar, a signed proposal + $1,000 deposit will be due within 1 week. The remaining amount will be split into 2 payments across our project timeline.

    Separate from our work together, additional website fees include:

    • Squarespace web hosting: ~$280 USD per year

    • domain hosting (the name of your website, www.yourdomain.com): ~$10+ USD per year

  • Yes. If you need an extended schedule to complete payments for your website package, I’m happy to discuss payment plan options. Just let me know!

  • We’ll figure this out collaboratively. During our intro call, I’ll ask questions about your business & website goals to determine which package best suits your needs. 

    You have the option to start with a Core Website Package (Home Page, FAQs, Contact), and then hire me to add additional pages later, as your business grows.

  • Core Website Packages take 2-3 weeks, from our kick-off call to website launch date.

    Full Website Packages take 6-7 weeks.

    Exact timeline depends on scope & complexity of work, and will be confirmed in writing at the start of our project. 

  • I provide holistic, all-in-one care for your website — design, copywriting, and SEO.

    This means that you don’t have to hire multiple providers (designer, copywriter, and SEO specialist) to launch an effective, high-converting website. I provide a strategic, integrated approach to all 3 elements of your online presence, setting up your business for success for years to come.

    When you work with me, I bring the connection-building skills of a therapist (so your website sounds like you & resonates with your people), the visionary mind of a designer, and the marketing savvy of an entrepreneur.

  • SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization — i.e., how easy it is to find your website via search engines like Google.

    When you hire me for a website package, here’s what I do:

    • conduct keyword research, to see what terms are ranking on Google for your specific niche

    • set up the SEO on the back end of your website (strategic page titles, headings, meta-descriptions, image descriptions, URL slugs, and indexing on Google)

    • provide keyword-rich copywriting that’s written for humans first, search engines second 

    This will allow your website to show up on Google for specific key words (ex: therapy for X population in City, State; mindfulness retreat in City, State).

    In order to rank higher on Google across time (i.e., moving from page 3 to page 1), additional efforts may be required on your part (i.e., blogging, back-links, Google My Business profile).

    In other words: I provide a strong SEO foundation for your website, and you are welcome to build on it across time.

  • I only work with Squarespace sites for 3 reasons.

    1) Squarespace is excellent for SEO (Search Engine Optimization). By using simple features built into the Squarespace platform, we can optimize your website so that it’s findable on Google by your ideal clients.

    2) Squarespace is user-friendly. This means you can continue to edit & make updates on your website in the future, without needing to hire outside help if you don’t want to.

    3) Squarespace is what I know & love! I’ve spent lots of time learning the ins & outs of this platform, and I’ve seen how well my own Squarespace website (for my private therapy practice) attracts my ideal clients. Because I know and trust Squarespace, this is what I recommend for any entrepreneur who wants to build a robust online presence.

    *If your website is not currently hosted on Squarespace, I can help you transfer it from your existing host to Squarespace.

  • I’m happy to support with blog set-up, lead magnets, email newsletters, social media post templates, and other marketing endeavors that are within my scope of expertise.

    During our intro call, we’ll discuss what would be most helpful for your business. In your custom proposal, I’ll share options for add-on services to your website package.

  • If you prefer to DIY your website & want to pick my brain — then you’re welcome to book a Website Audit. This is a great option for practitioners who don’t need a done-for-you website package right now, but would like friendly, expert guidance on design, copywriting, SEO, and marketing best practices.
